My name is Jane Ice. Andy, my husband works with Dan, Mikes brother. I wanted Dan and Michelle and your family to know that I have had you all in my prayers since the day this happened. Today is my first visit to this website. I have read through the past and current updates. I have read closely the psalms and scripture readings that have been reflected on this site. I have looked at the photos of Mike and his precious family. I am very sad that this has happened, because I know from personal experience how life can change in an instant. I am also overcome with emotion to see all the love and support that this family has given Mike and eachother. I know how a tragedy like this can be so hard on a family who feels helpless and scared. Friends and many others have reached out to show concern and support too which is so wonderful. I hope Mike can heal and recover from this.

I’m learning not to question God, even though when things like this happen I have many questions. I know we are supposed to put this in God’s hands.

So I am sending prayers and positive energy to Mike and his family. I know at times the worry and stress are too much, and it helps to have someone offer to take the brunt of it for a while. So even though I can’t do that literally, I will do that spiritually.

God is clearly with all of you through this. I’m glad to have had this opportunity to come to this website and into your story of strength, hope and love.

May each day bring improvement in Mike’s condition and new hope.

    Jane Ice
