miracles and mayhem.  marianjoy called me back and said that speech therapy with home care would still be a good option for now and later today i received a call saying edward home care found an opening with a speech therapist so we get to keep the therapists we have seen before!  meanwhile, eli has some type of flu–fever and throwup-our favorite combo.  i don’t know whether to be irritated that we have one frustration after another or to feel grateful that at least God keeps things spaced to allow me to face one thing at a time.  busy weeks follow busy weeks.  wyld life club thursday and an opportunity to put God’s goodness into words for kids to hear.  so we praise,  michelle

The flu— yuck– I will be praying that no one else in the house gets sick so that you don’t end up with a repeat of what happened the last time the stomach flu came into your home. Praises for speech therapy and continued prayers for Mike to get every possible rehabilitative therapy to help him….allthough your posts on this site are constant reminders that we have a God who rehabilitates constantly, whether in Mike’s chattiness or the midst of the flu. Blessings and prayers to all of you. Much love, Joy

Michelle, in a world that we all feel is falling apart, whether on the personal level, the national level, or the world level, your courage, simplicity and honesty help me to face each day as gift! You, Mike, and the children will continue to be in my prayers! God bless!

You’ve just got to know……………………your website is really making an impact in ways you cannot realize. Two weeks ago, I read an excerpt from your precious thoughts to our small group. It fit in perfectly with our study. We were all challenged and encouraged by your insights. Your thoughts helped us probe deeper into our own lives. Your thoughts humbled us as well. So………..You just have to know!!!!! We’re out here and we love you!
