mike has been transferred back to ManorCare today.  he is still on antibiotics and seems a bit groggy at times (maybe still an adjustment to medications).  therapy is going well…more updates when something is new.  all is good.  with good reason to praise, michelle

Mike and Michelle, I know we have reached the 6 month mark and know that you are still prayed for by so many people. You all are a blessing and a role model to many. Much Love, Gail

    Hello Mike and Michelle:

What great news. I am praying for continued healing and a clear mind. I want you to know the short, yet frequent notes, like this one, really help us, who are far away, keep close. I know you have so much on your plate. When you just can’t sit down and write, call someone and have them write for you.

Gail is right, you are a blessing and a role model. After my quiet time, the first thing web site I open is yours and Mike’s.

Still praying for, and expecting soon, the first dance between you two in a while!

Michelle…you don’t know us but we know you 🙂 …through your faithful updates we find ourselves connected not only to Mike but to each other as we struggle to even attempt an understanding of what you are all going through. What a blessing it is to have such specific information to guide us in our prayers. Thank you for the time you spend to create a support network for Mike and your entire family. May God bless you today, tomorrow and everyday through eternity.

I met Mike my freshman year at Dayton and probably have not seen him in almost 15 years since I did not return to UD my sophomore year. The thing I remember most about MIke was his willingness to go out of his way to help others. He was a very strong individual and I believe that through continued prayers he will continue to improve. I just found out about this tonite and my family and I will keep you and your family in our daily prayers. I encourage you and others to pray to the sisters of the Monestary of The Blessed Sacrament. I have seen many wonderful things happen in my life and the lives of others through their prayers.
